Vintage 2016 Tim Love, Trees

This Coombsville, Cabernet Sauvignon-based blend has high-toned aromatics and a fruit-forward nose, dominated by ripe plumb, red-fruits and baking spices. In the mouth, flavors of cassis and black cherry compliment supple, mouth-coating tannin. The proprietary, exotic wood ratio used on this blend highlights the versatility of aging techniques in crafting a truly refined wine. The fruit was fermented in a mixture of stainless-steel tanks and wooden tanks. The wine aged in barrel for an extended 26 months before blending and bottling.

The blend for the 2016 Tim Love Trees is: 86% Cabernet Sauvignon and 14% Merlot.
